담당 업무 (Responsibilities)
- 작업 지침서에 따른 생산 설비 운전 (SMT, Coating, 조립, 검사 공정 등)
- 자재·부품 로딩/언로딩 및 작업장 자재 공급
- 육안 검사, 바코드 스캔, 불량품 분리
- 생산 수량·불량 기록 (MES 입력, 작업 일지 작성)
- 설비 이상 및 불량 발생 시 담당자에게 즉시 보고
- 작업장 정리정돈(5S) 및 정기 청소 수행
자격 요건 (Requirements)
- 미국 내 취업 가능한 신분 (Work Authorization 필수)
- OPT 가능
- 작업 지침서를 이해할 수 있는 기본 영어 읽기/쓰기
- 교대 근무 및 장시간 서서 근무 가능자
- 영어 / 한국어 소통 가능자 (선호)
- 전자(Electronics)/PCB 유사 제조 공정 근무 경험자 우대
- 바코드·MES·설비 Panel(HMI) 사용 경험자 우대
- 경력 없어도 지원 가능 (입사 후 교육 제공)

Production Operator
Location: Matteson, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift available (Up to 12 hours per shift)

Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment (SMT, coating, assembly, inspection stations) according to standard work instructions
- Load and unload materials and parts, and keep workstations supplied
- Perform visual inspections, scan barcodes, and separate nonconforming products
- Record production counts and defects in MES and shift logs
- Report equipment alarms, defects, or unsafe conditions to the Technician or Supervisor right away
- Maintain 5S and complete scheduled station cleaning
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- OPT available
- Able to read and follow work instructions in English
- Able to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English / Korean) language preferred
- Prior experience in electronics/PCB or similar manufacturing process preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning, MES, or equipment HMI panels preferred
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
