$60,000 – $70,000/year (depending on experience)

Midwest Region – Lansing, Holland (MI)
Job Summary:
Field Support Staff (Full-Time / Bilingual) will be responsible for translation support duties (installation, setup, wiring, operation, maintenance) on customer’s site.
– Provide interpretation support at Battery Plants for equipment setup and initial operation
– Provide assistance for project manager
– Perform administrative tasks for field engineer personnel (rides to and from airports, reservations, etc.)
Responsibilities:
– Provide accurate translations
– Attend meetings to translate discussions
– Liaise with colleagues to ensure that translations are true to the original meaning
Requirements:
– Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
– Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet defined service level agreements
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
– Adequate computer and application skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
– Bilingual Korean/English – Intermediate proficiency in reading and speaking
– 2+ years of experience as a project team member
– Currently lives-in or is able to relocate to – Lansing, Holland (MI)
