About the Role
We are seeking full-time, bilingual Field Service Engineers to join our U.S. team. This role focuses on maintenance and production support for automation logistics equipment, ensuring stable operation at customer sites. It is a hands-on engineering position with direct customer interaction.
Compensation & Work Condistions
- Base Salary: USD 50,000 annually (excluding overtime and benefits)
- Work Schedule: Standard full-time schedule with overtime, weekend, and on-call work as required

Core Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation logistics equipment at customer sites
- Provide production support to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose technical solutions for recurring issues
- Support PLC-related tasks including troubleshooting, wiring, and system adjustments
- Optimize equipment performance through inspection, calibration, and upgrades
- Prepare service reports and document maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with customer teams and coordinate with engineers at headquarters
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Engineering (preferred)
- 1+ year of relevant experience preferred (3+ years for senior-level consideration)
- Entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided)
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (intermediate or higher)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with PLC systems (programming, troubleshooting, or maintenance) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed
- Willingness to relocate to Michigan, Ohio, or Tennessee
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening if required by the customer site
