주요 업무 (Key Responsibilities):
• 일일 생산 운영 및 현장 관리 지원
• 생산 계획, 스케줄 및 인력 운영 관리 지원
• 한국 본사 및 유관 부서(품질, 물류, 엔지니어링, EHS) 협업
• 생산 KPI, 생산성 및 공정 효율 모니터링
• 공정 개선 및 지속적 개선 활동(Lean/CI) 수행
• 안전 및 품질 기준 준수 관리
• 생산 리포트 및 데이터 분석 보고
• ERP/MES 시스템 기반 생산 데이터 관리
• 생산 이슈 대응 및 원인 분석(RCA) 지원
• 현장 직원 교육 및 팀 리딩 보조
• 감사(Audit) 및 품질 점검 대응
• 기타 생산 운영 관련 업무 전반

자격 요건 (Qualifications/Requirements):
• 산업공학, 전기/전자공학, 기계공학, 경영학, 물류학, 또는 관련 전공 학사
• 제조/생산/물류 운영 경력 0~3년
• 한국어/영어 이중언어 가능자
• 영주권 이상 소지자
• 제조 공정 및 생산 관리에 대한 이해
• ERP/MES 및 MS Office 활용 능력
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
• 문제 해결 능력 및 리더십 역량 보유자

우대 사항 (Preferred):
• 배터리, ESS, 전자, 기계 장비 제조 및 설치 관리 경험자
• 한국계 또는 글로벌 제조기업 근무 경험
• Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA, 공정 개선 경험
• 공장 셋업 또는 생산 라인 운영 경험

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily production operations and shop floor activities
• Support production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation
• Coordinate with HQ in Korea and local departments (Quality, Logistics, Engineering, EHS)
• Monitor production KPIs, output, and operational efficiency
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing practices
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Prepare production reports, documentation, and performance analysis
• Support ERP/MES data tracking and production system management
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and root cause analysis
• Train and supervise production staff and team leaders
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse operations
• Bilingual in Korean and English
• Legal Eligibility to work (Green Card, Citizenship)
• Experience in battery, electronics, or automotive manufacturing preferred
• Strong knowledge of production workflows, KPI tracking, and process improvement
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

Preferred:
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OSHA, or Kaizen
• Experience supporting factory setup or mass production lines
• Understanding of ESS, battery pack, production procedure, or electronics manufacturing environment
